manifesto

What we believe.
And how it shows up in the work.

Six tenets. Each one paired with the operational consequence — the way it actually changes how a Tuesday looks.

  1. 01

    Growth, not deliverables.

The wrong KPI is artifacts shipped. The right one is the curve. Decks, audits, and 'campaigns' are tools — they are not the product. The product is whether the line goes up, and whether you understand why it did.

    → How it shows up

Engagements anchor on a leading metric you choose with us. We bill against the curve, not against hours.

  2. 02

    Two operators beats ten.

Most agencies bill for mass: account managers, juniors, layers of slides. We don't. Two senior operators with an AI bench beat a roomful of juniors on every dimension that matters — speed, taste, accountability.

    → How it shows up

Every call has both of us. No handoffs. No 'I'll check with my team and circle back.'

  3. 03

AI is leverage, not the product.

We don't sell agents, swarms, or 'AI strategy.' We sell judgment, multiplied by AI. The bench runs research, drafts, analysis, ops — quietly, in the background. You see the output, not the prompts.

    → How it shows up

Behind the curtain: a private bench of agents per client. Front of stage: human decisions, human accountability.

  4. 04

    Speed compounds.

The team that ships ten experiments a quarter learns ten times more than the team that ships one. Growth is won by iteration speed, not strategy theatre. We pick the loop that compounds and run it relentlessly.

    → How it shows up

Weekly cycles. A Friday review every week. Each week ships at least one experiment, at least one decision.

  5. 05

    Scarcity is the offer.

We will work with at most ten clients in our entire run. That number is the product. It's the reason we can be senior on every call, ship weekly, and refuse work we shouldn't take. If we say yes, we're in.

    → How it shows up

≤ 10 clients ever. Two slots open at any time. If we don't think we can move your number, we'll tell you on the first call.

  6. 06

    Receipts beat narrative.

Every claim ties to a number. Every number ties to a dashboard you can open at 2am. We don't believe in 'brand work' that can't ladder up to revenue, and we don't believe in revenue work that doesn't build brand.

    → How it shows up

Shared dashboard from week one. If we can't measure it, we don't ship it. If it doesn't move, we kill it.

/The loop, in one line

The same six steps. Every week. Forever.

  • audit
  • forecast
  • build
  • ship
  • measure
  • iterate
no quarterly plans · no decks for decks' sake · just the loop

If this sounds like your kind of working relationship.

Two slots open. First call is short, free, and honest.
